Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes — all of our products are certified cruelty-free.
We never test on animals, and our suppliers confirm that no animal testing is conducted at any stage of ingredient sourcing, formulation, or manufacturing. Our commitment to cruelty-free skincare is backed by recognized third-party certification.
Are your products vegan?

Yes, except our bar soaps, made from goat milk, all of our products are 100% vegan.
They are formulated without any animal-derived ingredients, byproducts, or derivatives. We are committed to ethical skincare, and this includes using only plant-based or lab-safe alternatives in every formula.
Where are your products manufactured?

All of your products are manufactured in North America. Depending on where you order from, your product will be manufactured either in Canada or the U.S.
Is my payment information secure?

Yes — your payment information is fully secure.
We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment processing protocols to ensure your data is protected at every step. Your payment details are never stored on our servers, and all transactions are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant payment systems.
What is your return & refund policy

At Deadskin, it is important for us to provide the highest level of satisfaction. Please contact us with pictures of the damaged item, proof of seal and explain the issue; upon verification, you will get a full refund.

If the box or packaging is damaged, we kindly ask that you send us a photo before opening it so we can fairly assess your claim.

Note that small dents and scuffing are common in deliveries. Since these defects don't correlate to product quality, they will not be considered as damaged.
How long does shipping take?

We keep our inventory to a minimum to ensure quality over time; your order will usually be produced on demand. For local delivery (North America), this process takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the day you order.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to select countries.
At the moment, we deliver to Canada, the United States, France, and the United Kingdom. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note: orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs fees or  import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
